3105 H24 aluminum sheet vs 3003 H14 aluminum sheet
3105 and 3003 belong to the 3000 series aluminum alloy plate, but there are many differences between the two.
1. Alloy hardness: 3003 H14 has 42 BHN, 3105 H24 has 47 BHN.
2. In terms of fatigue strength: 3003 H14 has only 60 MPa, while 3105 H24 has 74 MPa.
3. In the alloy composition: 3003 H14 contains more magnesium than 3105 H24. But 3105 H24 contains small amounts of titanium, chromium and copper that 3003 H14 does not.
